你认为自己是领导者吗？
领导者该有什么特点？威严,才智，领导能力，肯接受失败和意见，合善
往往我看过有种人，当他有些过人的智慧时就会认为说自己就是一个领导者，拥有足够的智慧来让别人服从自己，但是光有智慧就是一位好的领导者吗？不见得，因为他们会自以为是认为其他人都应该听从自己的意见和命令，当别人提出意见而不去接受或采纳也不去了解其他人的苦处，这样就是好的成功的领导者？而你认为你的下属会服你吗？这是独裁者的做风，答案可以非常肯定的说：“你已经失败了，你所拥有的是智而不是领导，跟本无法得到尊重，而我见意的是不如当一位真正的领导者身边的智囊，也许还有被受尊重之地”最好的例子：“诸葛亮”
在我身边周围，我见识到“好的领导者”“功高盖世的领导者”虽然我并不是成功的领导者但我还是最受不了最无法和“独裁的领导者”合作

i'm agreed with you. Now i met a leader that cannot accepted by me, but it's too late.. somebody ask me, why you want to chose her to become your leader? i cannot answer it. Maybe because of i dare not to become a leader and i'm not enough confident, and no ones want to become a leader. So, i should not complain anythings that happened, right?! My mind said yes, but my heart said no.Want become a leader really not easy, you have to get enough knowledge and know how to mangane the work to your team. Now, my leader dont know how to manage the work and she is does not know and understand what we are did. Today is mine presentation date for MGT, but my leader does not print the whole assignment and does not prepared the presentation scrip for herself. Is it stand for a leader? I feel scare and nervous. This is my first time that last minute work. My leader still said she will print the whole assignment one hour before the time we present. Wow.. She are so brave.... I dont know what should i do.... Maybe should be relax and try my best to present with my part. =)
